		<description><![CDATA[You&#039;re absolutely right...there are SO many things in youth sports culture that could be changed and I don&#039;t think I could pick just one. My daughter has played hockey for years and I think what may be even worse than not getting equal playing time is the fact that many of us are burning our kids out. Many parents advocate for more and more practices and games per week as well as year-round training. It&#039;s simply too much. Whatever happened to having fun?
